Tell me more about your pedals.
Sure thing. The new 'Party Favor' series of pedals, as I like to call them, are built in sturdy diecast aluminum enlcosures, measuring approximately 2 3/8" x 4 3/8" and about 2" tall including knobs and footswitch. The pedals are true bypass by means of a 3PDT footswitch. They will run off a 9v battery or a standard 'Boss style' 9v 2.1mm center negative barrel plug power supply. You can purchase power supplies at your local music shop. The pedals feature a bright white LED for easy visibility when activated, and feature power switching upon insertion of the input jack. Removing the input jack when not in use stops power from draining the battery when not in use, if you do not have a power supply.
Do your pedals have a warranty?
Yes. I warranty my pedals for one full year from date of purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor if your pedal turns up defective. If you have a defective pedal, contact me and I will gladly take care of it. I cover return shipping on warranteed repairs. The warranty does not cover user abuse or cosmetic damages.
How do you ship your pedals?
Typically, your pedal will arrive shipped in it's box, carefully wrapped in sturdy brown kraft paper recycled from used grocery bags. The pedals are sturdy units and shipping great like this. I ship USA orders by First Class mail which is very affordable for such small parcels. I ship international orders by First Class Airmail, which is just about the only affordable option for International shipping. It usually takes about a week or less for USA orders to arrive, and about one or two weeks for international orders to show up. Sometimes international orders arrive surprisingly fast. However, international orders can sometimes (only rarely in my experience) take longer than two weeks, particularly if your parcel gets stuck in customs.
What can I expect in the box with my pedal?
Although it's subject to availability as I sometimes run out of stock on some supplies, your pedal should arrive in it's box wrapped in it's cloth bag with button with instruction manual and some other goodies. Sometimes I run out of things so please don't be miffed if you don't get some sort of 'case candy' someone else got with their pedal. It's just for fun. Batteries are now only available by request (for a small charge). Many people already have a power supply to use their pedals with and don't need a battery, so to keep costs down, even if by just a dollar or two, I have made batteries optional. I personally like to have them in my pedals, but to keep some of them from going to waste, they aren't included. If you want one be sure to choose that option when you buy a pedal!
What happened to all your old designs?
While the new Party Favor pedals are taking up standard production, I still do some limited runs of older designs or build them to order by special request. This includes the Singing Tree, MEEP, and older Hi Five variations. The standard Wolf Computer is discontinued from the Mellowtone line, it is being licensed to FuzzHugger(fx). If you would like to order an older design, please contact me.
